Login screen displays a white panel on the left side of my screen

After I reboot my MacBook Pro, the first time I see the login screen, a white panel is being shown on the left side (see the attachment). After I login the panel goes away. If I lock and unlock my MacBook Pro, the panel won't be shown anymore. Has anyone ever encountered this problem?

Part of login screen is gray... I restarted my MacBook Pro (M1) tonight and when it got to the login screen, I was faced with this... Part of the background is grayed out. When I login, it seems to clear itself. But after restarting again... shutting down.. etc, the glitch happens again at the login screen... I only found one other post about this and he said it was due to a the auto background changing for day/night mode. I don't have that on, so must be something else... Anyone else have this issue?

MacBook Air white screen with vertical and horizontal lines on entire screen will not go to login screen help please When I opened my Mac today all I get is a white screen with blue and pink lines that get darker then turns off what is wrong?

Nevermind.

I've fixed it by switching to Dark Mode, reboot, switch to Light Mode, reboot.
