I turn on the computer, i get to login and then my mouse freezes and i suspect the whole screen freezes. I cant log in, nothing. This happens every time. I am able to opint the mouse for about 3 sec. every time.
What to do?

Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup).
Well, Safe Boot IS the way to stop things from auto loading, nut if itv doesn't work!!!
Does it boot holding CMD+r keys?
Ifr not try holding CMD+v keys on startup & watch the screen quickly for clues as to where it's hanging.
Does it feel hot anywhere?
I think you're going to need to take it in, not much either of us can do if it freezes that quickly.
I finally managed to log in. The mouse is freezed, the whole prosses of turning it on took about a hour. Things goes reel slo. I suspect a bad app that is running. How do i delete this app when my computer is freezing all the time and the mouse isnt working? The safe boot never worked
