My Iphone Photos are not showing in windows 10 itunes

You're looking at options to copy photos from your computer to your device. See Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support for options to copy in the other direction. Whichever method you use it is independent of iTunes. If you unlock your device before connecting to USB it should appear in Windows Explorer.
