Found Pink Dust in my new iPhone XS on the speakers, the SIM slot and Charging hole

Hey, I don’t know if anyone hasn been through this but I think I got an IPhone with manufacturing defect ! My wife bought a new iPhone xs 256 GB as a birthday gift. I have unboxed the phone then I noticed pinky Dust on speakers the when I opened the SIM slot to place my SIM card I was suprised the pink dust inside the SIM slot and when I further Investigated my phone I found the same dust in the charging hole !! Really got disappointed with this. I went to the authorized dealer (MI store) in my country (Oman) and they told me that they have no clue what could be the reason and they advised me to go the shop were my wife bought the phone. Could anyone please advise me what should I do? I don’t want my new phone to get opened and cleaned just like any used phone I never used it yet and I won’t use it as I deserve a pretty clean phone as new it wasn bought. This incident happened today 5th January 2019. Please check my photos below

P.s: The SIM slot is now cleaner than before as I tried to clean it with a clean cloth. I couldn’t take a clear photo of charging hole as I couldn’t take a proper zooming toward the depth of it.
