My iPhone was stolen 2 weeks ago. I received this message below:

Your lost IPHONE 5S 16GB GOLD has been located today at 09:55.

i clicked on the link and logged in. Now I can no longer view my lost phones on Find Your iPhone. Does anyone know if this is a scam ? And how to fix the Find Your iPhone app, so I can view the stolen phones location.

You can ask you carrier to blacklist it, but the more important issue here is that your account has been compromised and the thief gained access to all of the information in your iCloud account.

If I have the iPhone blocked by the cellular networks using the serial number, surely they can’t use the phone again ?

Can Apple not track or block the iPhone as well. Surely they can track what new Apple ID has been loaded on?
