I have used HomeKit for several years with various products & brands with great success. I purchased a Logitech Circle 2 camera and cannot connect it to HomeKit. Hub & camera are on, on the same nextwork and next to each other. Himekit just keeps searching. There seems to be a problem recognizing the HomeKit code so I also tried manually entering it.
Is your Circle 2 the battery powered, or cable powered version? For whatever reason, HomeKit doesn't support the battery powered cameras. Seems like a pretty arbitrary limitation to me, be so it is.
Make sure you use the Circle2 App...go to Menu...Smart Home Integrations...and then toggle on “HomeKit”. Fixed my problem right away.
