Won’t let me download apps

My phone isn’t Letting me download apps without a payment mode and I don’t have a credit card or debit card and it won’t let me select none

What happens when you try to download something, what message/prompt shows ? Is this the first time you've tried to download something ? Are you in the country you have as the country on the account ?
