Downloading movie failure

I purchased Spider-Man Homecoming yesterday, and today when I tap the download button (cloud with arrow) i recieve the notification “unable to download movie”. I have already updated my phone to the latest iOS software update, turned my phone fully off and on again, tapped the retry button multiple times and tried downloading it using my data. None of these have worked, what should I do?

Could it be a storage issue on the phone too, albeit marginal which might be why it tries to download and then fails. Occasionally there can be an issue with the source file in the store. Use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ if you still cannot resolve it.

When i’m connected to wifi the movie is able to play. Yesterday I bought the movie on my phone and it is unable to download on my phone but does not say why. I don’t have a MacBook, only an iPad Mini and IPhone 8. I’ve tried downloading it on my iPad to see if the problem is the same but I couldn’t download it on there since I don’t have enough storage.

I have over 32Gb free on my phone atm, so I don’t think it could be a storage problem unless it has to do with iCloud, but even in iCloud I thought we had endless storage when it comes to music, movies etc (that’s just what I read, I’ve been trying to do research to figure this all out). I’ll try to download it a few more times and if it doesn’t work out I’ll check out that link
