Phone won’t download movies

ever Since upgrading to the 13, my phone will not download movies. I have tried removing my firewalls, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes and still nothing. Help!

cannot download movies I’m trying to download movies to watch when I go on holiday tomorrow. I have a; iPhone 12 mini but when I try to download movies on my phone all I get is the spinning circle without much else happening. I’ve definitely got enough memory and I’ve tried closing the apps and restarting them. This happens in Apple TV, Disney + and Amazon prime. Any help would be much appreciated.

Downloaded movies Hello,downloaded movies that I have purchased from Apple won’t stay downloaded on my 128gb ipad.They keep unloading with out any action from myself.Downloaded music is ok.Films on the Amazon and google apps are fine, It seems Apple have a problem with this it’s their device their movies that wont work for off line.My ipad is backed up to the latest iso 13.6 update.Has I have just read a previous person with this same issue back in 2014 was advised to get the latest update to remedy the problem.I have had this same problem with this and other iPads and in the past just give up.Its poor for Apple to have this problem.

Streaming rental movies on Itunes I cant stream an Itunes rental movie on my Iphone 5S. My phone is updated, I have Apple TV app, and I also have Movies Anywhere. I dont have much space on my phone, but I only want to stream the rental, not download it. I have other movies I purchased on Itunes that are streaming just fine. When i click play on the rental I get an error saying there is a problem loading on this device. Sometimes it says not enough storage to download, but i pushed the play button, not the download button.

No issue with downloading anything other than movies
