Hi Everyone,
I am running 2 outlook accounts, in total 3 thru apple mail on my MacBook. I have set up the Signatures for each account. When I compose a email, I can only use one Signature from the dropdown menu.
When I go into "Edit Signature" all the Signatures are there eg: Signature #1, #2 ....
any Ideas, help?

AS far as I can tell it looks like you should Quit Mail, move this file to the Desktop for now, then start Mail & redistribute your Sis...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/V4/MailData/Signatures/AccountsMap.plist
Highlight all Signatures then drag a sig & drop it on the account you want, does that work?
From Mail Preferences
you can drag and drop from All Signatures to the account you want to see it in—in the left column.
Highlight it in the center column, drag it to your account in the left column.
So, when you highlight each account below All Sigs which sig is listed for each?
Always the main Signature what was set up first. The other 2 Sig's never show up as an option when I compose a new email with the other 2 accounts.
When I reply/forward a email the Sig's what has been set up is there. Doesn't come up when it's a new email
Is that in the Setup/Edit Signature section?
all the different signatures are there and I can Edit them there.
i can’t choose the other Sig’s when I start a new email. Only the one what’s my private Signature

Ive tried the above and also deleted all the signatures again and edited them new, same problem,
Sig#1 is used on my Hotmail account.
the other 2 email accounts are run thru the Microsoft domain server. don't know if thats the problem

i tried it on my iPhone and it works perfect with the Signatures
So are you saying in MacOS you can't drag the SC sig to the account on the left that you want it in?
No, I can do that. When I compose a email with that account the Sig is not there nor is it showing on the Sig drop down menu
