iTunes Connect rejecting my sort code

I'm trying to add banking and tax details to my iTunes Connect account so I can sell things. But it's saying my Sort Code is wrong, even though it's right, on my bank statement and used at several other places. The branch has closed and my account been moved to elsewhere, but the sort code remains the same. What do I do? Thanks.
