Safari 12 and Netflix

Safari 12 does not work with Netflix. How do I install Safari 11 so that my Netflix movies will play again?

If you are running High Sierra version 10.13.6, reinstall the OS.

Do a backup, preferable 2 separate ones on 2 drives. Boot to the Recovery Volume (command - R on a restart). Run Disk Utility and select First Aid. Then re-install the OS.
