i need to know why it keeps saying i owe for itunes? i don't want to buy any apps and i don't owe anything someone please help me so i can update my apps that have an update.

You are getting a 'problem with a previous purchase' message ? If you are, look at the account's purchase history for pending purchases and see : If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
