Menu Bar White
see below screenshot of my mail application, i can't see or work on this menu bar at top.
would you pls help to solve this issue.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that the menu options while in the Mail app on your Mac are appearing blank. You've come to the right place for a resolution.
Let's start by calibrating your display by going to System Preferences > Displays > Color, then click on Calibrate... Continue through the prompts, then see if the issue persists one complete. If so, the next step would be to restart your Mac in safe mode:

If the Mail app and menu options display normally in safe mode, follow the steps under the "If an issue doesn't happen in safe mode" section to rule out incompatible login items. Let us know what happens from here.
