Trouble getting full delete of PureVPN app on Mac OS 10.9.5

Thought I had fully deleted this app and all associated files. On restart, the app shows in my Application list but, it won't delete because my system thinks it is open. It does not appear in the Doc or when I open a Force Quit window, so I can't close it in order to delete it. I'd like to get rid of this app because I think it may be interfering with a different VPN I installed (after I thought I had deleted PureVPN).

Thanks for any help killing this thing.

I tried the link provided, twice. While trying to read the info there an add to sell me more Pure VPN stuff pops up, with no discernible way to dismiss it. So this was not very helpful.

P.S. I was able to kill the app and get rid of it, about 20 minutes after I posted this request for help. Right now, I'd have to say I'm not very likely to use PureVPN again. I'm not happy with their apps... never got the version for my Mac to work properly and the one on a windows lap top has LOTS of drop outs (which pretty much defeats the purpose of having the service in the first place). I'm in the process of trying other services. Hopefully one of these will meet my needs.
