Can't download and use apple podcast app
When I try to open the podcast app it says turn off restrictions to use. Restrictions are not on. Whats up with this? very frustrating!

I had the same problem, but found the solution for my iPhone 6s. Hopefully, it’ll work for you.
Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Enter Screen Time Passcode > Allowed Apps
You should see the Podcasts app. Turn on the app. The app should now be on your homescreen.
