Hello, adrienneholly.
Welcome to Apple Support Communities.
It's my understanding that your Apple Watch isn't recording your stand activity. I got some tips that can help you with this. First, if you haven't done so already, restart your Apple Watch and iPhone. Sometimes a restart can help resolve issues:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
How to restart your Apple Watch
Then make sure that you're getting the most accurate readings:
Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch
Calibrating your Apple Watch for improved Workout and Activity accuracy
Lastly, make sure that you're doing the requirements for the standing credit: Use the Activity app on your Apple Watch
Let me know if this helps.
Cheers!
Hello, adrienneholly.
Since none of the steps have resolved the issue, you should reach out to Apple Support using the link below:

This did not work.
Unpairing and repairing did not work either...
Hello, adrienneholly.
Thank you for getting back to us with the results. Next, try unpairing your Apple Watch and then pair it again: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch
This would put it back to factory settings. When you unpair, your iPhone will create a backup that you can use to restore your data when you pair the Apple Watch again.
Keep us updated.
Cheers!
