How to transfer out HUGE video files out of iPad Pro to my computer ?

I have taken several very long HD 4K videos (around 1 hour in length) with my iPad Pro.

When i connected my iPad to my Windows 10, I can see in Windows Explorer the "Apple iPad" folder under "This PC", and also the sub folders "Internal Storage", "DCIM", and a few "100APPLE", "101APPLE" and "102APPLE".

Under those "100APPLE", "101APPLE" and "102APPLE" folders I can see the photos and videos files, EXCEPT those 4K-videos with long durations.

I can copy all other files to my Windows 10, but since I can not even see the 4K-videos with long durations, I can not access let alone copy those 4K-videos with long durations.

I suppose the size of the file is what causing the issue. For example, 11 minutes 4K-videos takes more than 3 G-Bytes of storage space, and this is the largest file I can see through Windows Explorer.

Any idea, suggestion, sharing experience on how to transfer those HUGE 4K-videos files out of the iPad, into my computer, without loosing the video quality of course (otherwise I might as well buy another brand device).
