Cannot change country/region of Apple ID

I was trying to switch my Apple ID to a new country/region. However I have been seeing the message “you cannot change stores while you have pending bank orders, complete your pending orders or try again later.”


But I have been looking around in iTunes/App Store/subscription and found no pending orders. I tried calling Apple support and they said there was nothing they could do and I just had to wait around 10 days for the pending charge to drop. However it has been over 10 days and I am still seeing the same message.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? Or does anyone know how to resolve this?

There aren't any pending purchases on the account's purchase history ? If not try contacting iTunes Support again.
