Bluetooth volume too loud

I have an iphone 7 and a jabra move bluetooth headset, and whenever I use it, I can not turn the volume all the way down, and the second lowest volume is still too loud. I have tried with other headphones, and the problem still occurs. I have also tried to reset the device to factory settings and deleting everything, but it doesn't help. I recently got a replacement device because of water damage, but even that didn't fix the problem. How can I fix this?

I'm sorry for the bad english, it's not my first language.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're unable to get the volume low enough to your preferred listening level. As a music fan, I enjoy listening to music at just the right volume as well.

If you are still having issues with the volume, you may need to contact Jabra support to find out if there is an adjustment to be made on the headphones: Contact Jabra

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I have have already tried that, and it did help a little, but not enough. The headphones work perfectly well with my pc, so I think the problem lies with my phone.
