my Iphone keeps crushing even after restarting it several times

I have an Iphone 7 and last night it started crushing, meaning that if I try to close the open apps by pressing the home button twice i get a black screen and then it locks itself. Another problem that appeared is that it doesn't let me write anything (no text, no messages, no wifi password). Every time I try to press the keyboard, the app closes. I really don't know what I can do to fix it. Please help

I understand you are having issues with your iPhone 7 going to sleep when you are trying to access the app switcher and you are having issues with the software keyboard as well. To address these issues, I would suggest the following

Make sure you have a current backup of your iPhone - How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Update your iPhone to the most recent iOS - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart the iPhone

Force Restart the iPhone - See "If your screen is black or frozen" section for instructions on how to force restart the iPhone in this resource - If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

If a restart, or forced restart don't resolve your issue, you may have to restore the your iPhone to factory settings - Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

And finally, you may need to have an Apple Genius or an Apple Authorized Service Provider take a look at your iPad mini. Click on the "Service and Support" section of the resource below to find one near you - Find Locations - Service - Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers
