MacBook Pro 13" 2016 Touch Bar - boot up/wake up to partial black screen that will slowly recover after sometime.

I have this problem for quite some times and this issue always happen when I switch off or put the device to sleep for longer period of time. Every boot/wake up my screen display black except for 5-7mm horizontal strip on the very top of the screen showing display. I can see my cursor/pointer moving in the strip, meaning the computer is working except for the display. After a couple of ten seconds the display start to show but flickering and very laggy. This will slowly becomes better and better as time goes...less laggy, lesser flickering lines and eventually become 100% ok after a few minutes after wake/boot up. Frastration is I had to face this problem during every boot up or wake up.

Can you tell me what actually went wrong with this Macbook? And how to solve it ?
