Uploaded CD's won't play on itunes

I have had an iphone/apple account since 2007. I have finally from 2007-2019 uploaded all my cd's into itunes. Now when I go to play one of my favorite soundtracks (Legend- Tangerine Dream) it is greyed out and a pop up says "Item not Available" this item can not be played.

I pay for icloud storage have iphone Xs 256 with 186 free.

Why can I not access the music that I own physically?

I have also tried on my MAC laptop and Itunes also does not let me access it

Hello tammietrue17,

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to play a specific album in the Music app on your iPhone or in iTunes on your Mac. To help with your situation, please restart both your iPhone and Mac, and then in iTunes on your computer, please go to File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library and try playing this content again once iCloud Music Library has finished updating.
