Whats wrong with my iPhone XR I just took out of the box

So I just bought the iPhone XR and took it out of the box. I was setting it up just fine and then all of a sudden when I was trying to have everything transferred from my 7+ to this it came up with a black screen with the logo and has been on it for 3 hours no change

New IPhone 11 is all Black on the Screen and I can't see Anything I just got a new IPhone 11 today, and I have just transferred my data and Apple ID to this new phone from my original iPhone SE. It was in the process of loading, and it said it was all cleared, the apple symbol and a white line was loading and then I looked back at it and it was black. It is not turning on, and I am pretty sure I can type and use it but i can not see anything on the IPhone at all and I don't know what is wrong, what to do, how to fix it, because it seems like it is working just i can't see anything.

New phone I just purchased a refurbished iPhone 11 and I transferred data to it and it started blinking and white off and on screens and then it went black and I can’t turn off or on what do I do now
