When I get an email attachment I can only open the attachment in the view setting. I cannot open it or share it in another app like Pages, Numbers or Adobe. When I select the share icon I only get email or print. If I select "more" it only includes those two options in the Activities window. How do I add other options?

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Restart your iPhone. Once it's returned to the Home screen, test the issue.
How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch -- If restarting your iPhone didn't resolve the issue, please be sure to have a fresh backup to keep your personal information safe. In order to back up your Health data, the backup needs to be encrypted. iCloud does this automatically, but iTunes doesn't. If you'd like to use iTunes to back up your iPhone, refer to this article: About encrypted backups in iTunes
If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch -- Even though the title of the article isn't specific to your issue, the section titled "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" will walk you through all the steps to reinstall the iOS software on your device. Test the issue once again.

I see that you're unable to open attachments you receive in the Mail application of your iPhone using specific applications. You're only being shown an option to print or email, and you'd like to add more options. I'm happy to help.
Attachments - iPhone User Guide -- When you open an attachment, you're presented with the options that are available on your phone for whatever format the attachment comes in. If you're not seeing any options to open or share the attachment, ask the sender to try a different format.

The attachments are standard formats: Word, Excel, PDF, Pages, Numbers. No matter what format it is the only option presented to me is Mail. When I select "More" Mail is still the only option presented
