Using old iMac as targeted display with new one?

If I'm reading the support document correctly, I cannot use my 2013 iMAC as a targeted display with my new 2019 5k Retina display iMAC? Is that accurate? - Thanks! 1/8/19

The Apple Support document linked by rkaufmann87 lists mid 2011 to mid 2014 iMac with thunderbolt as capable of TDM. What makes you think that your iMac can't do tdm? You'll need a Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter and a Thunderbolt cable. I recommend not using the least expensive components.
