IMovie rending cutting video
I finished a 1min 40 (or so) second video
It renders successfully ; it starts fine... but the video cuts out around the 30(or so) second Mark audio continues normally...with a black screen.
Any ideas?

You might go back to your project and check for any corrupt frames that might be causing the movie to share only partially. Scroll around the 30 second point and check for white flashes, black frames, artifacts, or any other signs of corruption. If you find any, cut them out and try to share again.
Another thing that you can try, that sometimes helps with sharing problems, is to restart your computer and open iMovie while holding down the Option and Command keys, and selecting to delete preferences in the box that appears. iMovie will open in a new library. Reopen your old library to get back to your projects. Now see if the project will share properly.
If no luck so far, try doing an Edit/Select All, Edit/ Copy, of the media in your project and then paste the media into a newly created project. See if it shares out properly from there.
