Why is my browser blocking 3rd party session cookies?

I have seen a lot of guid pages but I don’t get it. I go to safari and preferences and on privacy and down to block cookies - but there isn’t a button that is stand “never”. It is just block all cookies!

what do I have to do???

i have safari 12.0.2

MacBook Air (2018 or later)

Did you try unchecking the top check box? Forhindre nettstedsporing.

As a test, go to Safari/Preferences/Privacy and uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. Quit/reopen Safari and test.

The check has never been on, and I tried to check it and then uncheck it... still doesn't work

It is on Norwegian but still the same look
