Download Safari Technology Preview and try visiting sites as a test.

Safari Technology Preview is a self standing developer version of Safari with some advanced features.

Bookmarks will be automatically imported. Other preference options will  remain default.

After testing, you can remove it from Applications folder if you wish.

Deselect Proxies, if selected.

System Preference > Network > Advanced  > Proxies Tab

Unlock the lock if you have to.

Under "Select Protocol”, uncheck any box if check marked.

    Click "OK" then  "Apply”.

1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.

Plug it back in. Power the router on. Wait until all lights are lit properly. It will take a while.

    Restart the computer.

Start up in Safe Mode. This will remove some system caches.

Once in Safe Mode, click the “Restart” button at the bottom.
