Safari won't open any website - Chrome is not working properly

For some reason Safari stopped opening websites. I can open it, write the address, but when I click 'go', nothing happens, it just stays there as if it hadn't received any order...

As to the Chrome problem, it does open websites, but whenever I move to another Tab, when I go back to the previous tab, it's like the website has to be reloaded again. This has never happened before and it seems to be getting worse.

Any ideas on how to fix both problems?

1. Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.

Plug it back in. Power the router on. Wait until all lights are lit properly. It will take a while.

    Restart the computer and test.

2.  Start up in Safe Mode.

Once in Safe Mode, launch Safari and Chrome to test.

After testing click the “Restart” button at the bottom.
