App purchase

I’m trying to add my card to account to update my apps but it’s declining. Apparently I’m being told to pay $9.99 for app I have no knowledge of. How can I cancel that order?

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww 


Obviously that won't stop the card being declined.
