I've change the password of my email account. If found how to update it on my iPhone and iPad, but I'm not finding a way to do so on my MacBook. Not under Accounts tab in Mail Preferences where I used to find it.

Try using System Preferences > Internet Accounts.
The ability to change the account password in that Preference pane depends on the email service provider. It might be easiest to simply delete that Account from that Preference pane, and add it again. Don't do it if you are using POP email.

Yes. That's one of them for which you're better off just deleting and adding again.
Since it's IMAP, existing messages are stored on their server. When adding the account again, your Inbox will repopulate.
Thanks. I have ATT/Yahoo. There is no option for changing the password in the Internet Accounts Preferences panel. I'll delete the account and add it back. My account is IMAP.
