iPhone 6 battery dying

Hi! So I just started using my older iPhone 6 phone due to having to sell my 8 plus but the battery keeps dying at 25-50% and won’t turn back on until it charged for a while. What’s going on?

It may need replacing. What does the Battery Health option in Settings->Battery report?
