Have any of you had this problem? Cant purchase services and I got this error. I have updated itunes payment account and I have funds needed. and ofc I have tried turn it off and on again.

Thanks for help, I made it using WIFI. I dont know why purchase didnt went through using cellular data, since I have good internet connections.

I understand you're receiving an error when you make an in-app purchase.
Which device model and software version are you using?
Does this happen with a specific app? Are you able to download free apps from the App Store as a test, or update any of your apps?
Depending on your device, you might try making your purchase from both cellular data, and a Wi-Fi connection. Do you find that one works?
You might also try signing out and back in. On an iOS device, you'd tap Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. Then, tap your Apple ID and sign out and back in. Please note that this will remove any offline content if you're an Apple Music subscriber. On a computer, open iTunes and click the Store or Account menu at the top, followed by Sign Out. Then, sign back in and test.
