Error 200500

Trying to use air view (screen mirror alternative on Xbox One ) to play

videos from the tv app on iPhone and watch on Xbox One.

But every time I turn on the screen mirror option on while the movie is playing, I get this error message.

Everything is up to date with updates. So I am not understanding why this keeps happening. Does anyone know why?

error message "The frame rate of your app video preview is too high." by AppStore connect I was trying to upload a video of screen motions made by QuickTime Player on AppStore connect. The video was made successfully, but when I was uploading the video on AppStore connect, the error message was displayed, saying "The frame rate of your app video preview is too high." Having looked at the details of my video, I wasn't able to find where the frame rate was. Attached image is everything I know about the details of my video by QuickTime Player. How can I solve this problem?

You are using 3rd party software. If you are having an issue you need to contact the developer of air view.
