What if they won’t give you the Apple ID and it’s just stuck in the activeation lock
I bought an iPhone off someone and they wont answer anymore and they won’t give the Apple ID what do i do?

Sorry, but there isn't much you can do. Only the previous owner can help with activation lock. There isn't another way to bypass it. If the previous owner won't help, if you bought it through a 3rd party such as eBay, you may want to see if they can give you a refund as the device is useless.
