I'm at the change siri voice setting but when I click on a different choice it keeps saying connect to wi-fi and won't download. I'm at home on wi-fi. I've turned wi-fi off then back on. I've powered the phone down. What else can I do?

Settings > Siri & Search > Siri Voice (Choose from 5 Accents & Male/Female)
Make Sure "Listen to :Hey Siri" is enabled

Thank you so much. I turned off and turned back on the Listen to Siri toggle and it's now downloading another accent!
