Apple ID is blocked, no phone number

Hello i Have a question.

Because my apple ID is blocked not this one but my first Apple id „***” when i want to unlock this apple id then i have to put the phone number, and Here is the problem because i Dont have and i Dont now the number, this number was really old. So i can not unlock my Apple id so i can not update any app i can not download nothing because iPhone still want the password for the old Apple ID. What i can do now ? Regards ***

One option is to delete the apps/purchases made by the other ID and download them using the new ID if desired. If necessary, check your purchases history to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.
