Hey im helping to set up new Iphone Xs Max, and when making the new Apple ID it takes really long for almost 1 hour+. What should i do? Before that i back up some file from an android. Thank you before

After i restarted the device, i havent face any new problem. The Iphone is okay for now
Doing something on an android device shouldn't have any impact on an iPhone.

Creating a new account should only take a few minutes. What are you seeing and where/when ?
Yeah, it should not takes long time to figure. But in my case, i was making a new apple id on a new iphone. On my screen it was a loading screen “it will take a few minutes to figure your apple id” something like that. It was when you first setting up your new iphone. But, I already restarted the iphone and then make the setting to be a new iphone, before this i backed up some file from an android. Did i make a mistake for doing that? Sorry for my English
