Trying to redeem movie code with digital copy disc & code

Once I enter my redemption code I am prompted to enter my apple ID. After I enter my apple ID it brings me straight to the store & it's like I never entered my movie code. What am I missing?

I have a code for a movie that I purchased but there is no where to enter it to redeem. I purchased a movie that came with a digital code but there is nowhere to enter it. I do not have any Apple equipment.

Why do some movies require digital redemption through Itunes, but dont show up on my vudu account? 2 years ago I bought Bad Mom's Christmas for my wife. The digital code could only be redeemed through Itunes. It linked to my Vudu account without issue. I just redeemd The Gentlemen, and it is not present in my Movies Anywhere or Vudu account respectively. What gives? Can this be fixed?

Can’t find my digital download I used my code to redeem my digital copy of a movie. I redeemed it to my iTunes but it is nowhere to be found. Where is it??

Log out of Apple and Clear Your Browser's Temporary Files. Log back in and retry.
