Time off by one hour in Morocco

The time definitions on my phone and iPad were reset recently and since then appointments and reminders are off by an hour. When I use Siri to make an appointment for 6 PM, it does it at 7 PM. I think there’s an issue with the definitions because Morocco was going to go off DST and then decided not too.

Anyway, for now I’m setting my phone for France and that works, but I hope it can be fixed.

Does anyone one have any suggestions?
