Ransomware email

What does apple recommend doing when you receive a ransomware email. They knew my apple password. So, I immediately changed that and my iCloud password. What else?

"Stolen" iCLOUD Password Received a ransomware email containing my correct iCLOUD email password and requested $2K delivered through Bitcoin within 24 hours else pornographic videos 'starring' me would be sent to my entire contact list, Facebook contacts etc.. Knowing it was bogus for reasons obvious to those who know me, I changed my password(s) and I ignored the threat-- nothing has happened and it has been >72 hours. Since then I've received multiple emails supposedly from iCLOUD support informing me access to my iCLOUD account was requested by other devices and I need to change my password by signing onto what looks like an official apple support link. Each email notice had different "Case ID" number so I assume they are also bogus. Do you want those emails for further investigation? If so who should I send it to?

You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
