Game purchases not working

We have a game on my sons Ipad “Mario Run”. It will not allow us to move to workd 2 and purchase it. We get two error messages. I used to (2 weeks ago) have the parent permission on to ask to buy anytjing and i said Yes. When that wouldnt work i took all parent conteols off and we allow a purchase but atill get error messages. (Attached)
