Hum/Noise In Studio Speakers When Connecting External Monitors

I have my Studio built off of my 2017 Mac Book Pro with touch bar

I have no issues with the actual studio hardware and everything works great.

However, I just got a ThinkVision USB-C Monitor and Plugged it in and when I do I get consistent and terrible noise and feedback in the studio monitors. I unplug the monitor and it goes away. I've used external monitors before and had no issues but my old one broke so I got this USB-C one since the Mac as USB -C ports only.

Anyone else have this issue or know of a fix?

Issue Resolved - The issue was the power coming from the USBC cable from the monitor

I attached the power cable for the laptop too and the hum went away
