Hi All

Require help really. Recently my macbook air trackpad is not working or resposding at all. Only single click is working. cursor and guestures are not responding at all. But if i restart my mac, until first login mouse is working fine. Once got logged in it is unresponsive.

Tried all possible ways. Resetted SMC, PRAM while booting, deleted plist files. Safeboot also tried but still non responsive.

Using boot camp with windows 10. Mouse and keyboard are absolutely fine. The moment i have logged into mac os mouse pointer is not responding. Please help me to resolve this. Early response is appreciated.

Maybe it needs a repair of trackpad or battery. Hold option key+battery icon in menu bar. There will be condition: (status of battery). Click on that to see more about your battery.

There is also second way to check if your battery is working: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201585
