unable to send email to one particular gmail recipient from mac.com email

On my iPhone, my iMac, and my wife's MacBook, we each use mac.mail/iCloud, I am unable to send emails to one recipient in particular. Just started yesterday. It's one of my employees with a gmail account. I am able to send to others with gmail, just not this one... apparently. Here's the error message on iMac:

Gmail issue I use Apple Mail and happy with it but in the past 5-6 weeks I have been unable to send emails to Gmail accounts. I get a 'Mail delivery failed' message for any emails I attempt to send to different Gmail addresses. I have tried Googling for answer but have been unable to find anything that works. Any help, much appreciated

email not sending from iMac iPad is working ok. My email is not sending from my iMac (iCloud). Just goes straight to outbox, then tries to send, comes back with a message p05-smtp.mail.me.com If I go into iCloud web page, then I can send and receive as normal. Any suggestions please
