My IPhoneX is repeating every button that i push and is not letting me push anything I was able to shut it down but when I turned it on the voice is still there repeating everything I tap on what is causing this

Settings > General > Accessibility > Voiceover = Off.
Settings > General > Accessibility > Voiceover = Off.
Tap twice every time you would tap once.
Doing this, double-tap every digit of your passcode, then double-tap Settings, Double-tap General, Double-tap Accessibility, and double-tap Voiceover to turn it off.
That will work unless you have assigned the HOME button triple press to some other Accessibility function. Glad it worked out for you.
Can you do a forced restart? Press the volume up button and release it, then press the volume down button and release then hold down the side button until you see the Apple logo, then let go fo the side button.
thanks but it won’t let me in I rest phone and now it wont let me in it just repeats numbers that I push but won’t put the number for my passcode
Thanks again I tried that to but didn’t work either but I got it figured out you have to push the power button 3 times to turn the voice over off or on
