iPhone 12 Pro stuck on Voiceover. Can’t open

on Home Screen when I click on anything Voiceover tells me what I have just clicked and nothing else happens. Can’t unlock

At setting stage, shift on Voiceover App. Now the phone is stuck, simply reading whatever I type or whatever showing on screen, can’t turn it off, can’t input password for forced restart, simply reads it back, but password space is not filled by input. really frustrated.
