My iPhone was stolen. Found it locked .. it seems to be that someone’s a try to open it

i contactting regarding my iphone. Which was stolen and i got it back from authrity in saudi Arabia. However, I really need everything on it (videos ,pictures and also conversations )but when I found it looked .. it seems to be that someone’s a try to open it and he couldn’t. I tried to access my iclould from other Apple device and it ask me to remove the Apple ID from other device and I did it, but it’s still does not open so how can I fix this problem because really I need everything on my iPhone
