I am using an iPhone 7 with iOS 12.1.2 (latest version). However, when I connect my iPhone to my Mac for charging, iTunes asks for updating the iPhone. See the attached screenshot?
Question is Why my iPhone is asking me to update when I am already on the latest version ?
There is a secondary 12.1.2 update available only through iTunes. Its a minor build difference but still technically an update to the original 12.1.2 update.
You can choose to update or ignore it if you want.
